Blueberry chai smoothie ingredients

I don’t normally measure things out — I eyeball it until it looks "right."
A little bit of strongly brewed chai tea, some plain yogurt, frozen wild blueberries and fresh strawberries are tossed into the blender. I also add maybe a half cup of sugar to make this more palatable. The result, according to my daughter, is "delicious."
If you like your smoothies creamier or thicker, substitute frozen yogurt or ice cream for the plain yogurt.
